Q. What if I have a Primary Care Doctor Already?

A. You can keep your Primary Doctor or if you wish we can handle your chronic management, We also are great at coordinating with the Primary and can send them updates, labs and ask questions if needed.

 

Q. If I can get out of the house can I still qualify? 

A. Yes you could.  

 

Q. What do I do after hours? 

A. If it is an emergency you need to go to the nearest emergency room.

 

Q. How do you handle my information and privacy?

A.  All of your records are kept securely in a cloud based EMR with HIPAA compliant encryption.

 

Q.What if I need to go to the hospital?

A.  We will coordinate care with the hosp/ER and your primary care MD.  We work with Hospitalist at area hosptals​

Q. Who pays for this service?

A. Medicare pays for in home visits for elders with difficulties getting to a primary doctors office
