Home Visits/House calls
We bring healthcare to you by coming to the comfort of your home! A licensed NP will come to your home to perform needed medical care.
Mobile Lab Services
Does your meds require lab work? Do you need lab to diagnose a disease or infection? We work with a lab company to be able to send a Lab technician to your home to obtain labs from you. No need to go out.
Need an x ray or Ultrasound, we have the technician come to your home to perform the imaging etc.
Mobile X ray services
On a med for blood pressure or Diabetes that needs a refill. We can handle it. We give either a hand written rx or send to your pharmacy of choice.

Referral to Home Health or Hospice
Do you need more help than your family can do? Do you need Home Health or Hospice Referral? We can coordinate with them and order any service you need for nursing or therapy. Covered by your Medicare.
Same Day Sick Visit
Have a sore throat or UTI? Most days we can do same day sick visits so you don't have to wait in an office.

Do you have Hypertension, Diabetes, COPD etc. We can help you manage it and have access to care to prevent hospitalizations and decline. We do teaching on each specific disease process to help you live your best life.
Therapy Services
Need strengthening for weak muscles and to prevent falls? Have back pain or ortho condition? You might need to do outpatient therapy? we can help with an order. You can go to a free standing office or they can come to your home.
Fall Risk Analysis
Have you had falls in your home or traveling. We can evaluate your home and quickly tell you dangers that you may have that increase your risk of falls.
Podiatry/Foot Care
We offer foot care and nail trimming as well as callous treatment
Telemedicine Visits
If we are unable to get to you, you may qualify for a virtual visit with a Nurse Practitioner
Psychiatric Services
We have a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to offer specialized mental health services
